Por - akl - dtd q?

In light of the parking challneges at DTD, I have three possible transportation scenarios and am looking for feedback (or alternatives) for our dinner at Boma at AKL followed by an evening at DTD:

1. Drive our rental car from POR to AKL for 5pm dinner at Boma. Drive back to POR and take the boat to DTD for the evening.

2. Take the bus from POR to AK. Take the resort bust to AKL for dinner at Boma. After dinner take the bus to DTD and then the boat back to POR.

3. Take a cab to AKL. After dinner take the bus to DTD and then the boat back to POR.

Thoughts? Opinions? I'd love some feedback!

Another vote for #1. Least amount of travel time and the boat is always a nice way to go.
