I have contacted the people before and after me I have their names and confirmation #'s. I know I have to ask for the fridge when I arrive where I check in. What do I do to put it in storage for the night for the next person?

When we put it in storage the a.m. we checked out ,my DM went and got a luggage cart (more like a dolly) from luggage services and then we took the ref. to luggage services to leave it for Brymolmom. It's also where you leave the luggage cart, so it works out great. I also believe you can have them pick it up for you too. If anyone did this, please post here.

In case it gets misplaced (as it did a little while ago) be sure to get the name of the person you leave it with (or if they pick it up I think you have to sign something for it) This is what allowed us to have the lost one replaced earlier in the swap.

Also, if someone could take a picture of the box, just in case it goes missing again, and send it to me I would appreicate it. It's my understanding that it has Green Mickey Heads all over it and the name Shellybelly (who was the originator of the ref. we now have.) It would be a good idea if you bring some blank paper, marker, and tape to put the name on the box. Our original ref. had one of those plastic page protectors on it to slip in the next swappers info but I don't beleive this one does. And, if no one has put my info on the box, could you? Cross out Shellybelly (if you can) and put Dizneydaz on it. I can provide my phone number too (if you don't already have it) so that can be on the box as well.

If the refrigerator is still around in Sept, I'll be using it again, myself. The only problem is I don't know my exact dates. As of now I know it'll be after Labor Day and before the 19th. We'll probably go again for 11 days/10 nights. So, our trip will be sometime between 9/4 and 9/18 (that's 14 nights of which we'll have 10) so I'm going to block out those dates for myself. I'll take names for 9/18/07 and on.

annakris1973, I'll pencil you in for 9/18 to 9/23 (and you might be able to get it a day or two earlier) If you don't want it anymore, I'll pencil in mickeyhat.

Ilovemyprincesses-I can pencil you in after 9/24 if you think you'll be going then. Let me know. I know it's a little hard to schedule things so far in advance. My dates are flexible and the dates I actually go (within my time frame) will depend on the best flights available-money wise, of course!

That's ok that you are going to be there for my dates BUT you HAVE HAVE HAVE to share any cheap airfare prices you get (LAX or SNA or others) and PROMISE me that you will share any great minivan rental rates like you got last year.

Anyways, since we will be there for 2 weeks, I may just go and get a fridge anyways, so I might float another one into the mix. Depends on finances and if we are really going to need it and/or if the baby might need it.

If you haven't done so already, do yourself a favor and download Southwest Airlines' DING!

I've had it only 3 days and I've seen some of the cheapest fares to + from Albany/LAX/San Diego/Orlando. I'm hooked!

For those who haven't heard of it yet, Ding is a special alert for fares to airports that you subscribe to. They are only offered for a brief time and on limited flights, but I've seen one way tickets as low as $49 each way. Plus, Southwest allows no-penalty fare/flight swaps. Its a win-win!
