Now that the fridges are installed in the rooms and our fridge has gone the swap has ended.

HOW DO I JOIN THE SWAP?
First-see if your dates are available on the listing above
Then PM me the following information
Check in and Check out dates (even if all dates are not available, if the swapper before or after you cancels, I know that you need the fridge first)
Name on Reservation
Confirmation Number
Telephone (preferably cell) Number
Email address
Due to past experiences of swappers signing up and then not getting back to me with information or returning pm's, I will not reserve the spot unless a name and telephone number is included when making the request.
WHAT ARE MY RESPONSABILITIES AS A SWAPPER?
You are responsible for arranging times and exchanging information with the swapper before you after you, to complete the "swap".
I will send out a pm to all swappers next on the listing to confirm that everyone is still on board and if information has been exchanged.
If you can arrange a face to face swap with the people before and/or after you great. The less it goes to luggage services all the better.
If you need to leave the fridge at luggage services, you must place a note on the fridge (currently a plastic sleeve is taped to the front) that contains the full name of the next swapper, check in date, and confirmation #. Please attempt (may or may not be able) to get a claim ticket from luggage services. If you are able to get a claim ticket, please forward the claim number to the next swapper and leave the claim ticket in an envelope with the next swappers name, check in date, and conf # at the front desk.
You are responsible for getting back with me after I have tried to contact you. If after 3 attempts to reach you go unanswered, you will be removed from the swap.
Also, please, please, please let me know if your plans change and you will no longer be able to participate in the swap. The sooner I know the better so that the dates can be filled.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE FRIDGE?
Please completely de-frost the fridge and wipe it dry if you will be bringing it to luggage services.
To defrost, unplug the fridge, put a towel in it and under it (try not to get the carpet wet) and leave the door slightly open. It should defrost overnight easily. Please wipe down the inside and outside with disinfectant wipes.
HOW DO I LEAVE IT AT POP STORAGE IF THERE IS A GAP BETWEEN ME AND THE NEXT SWAPPER?
You will need to tape a piece of paper with the next swappers information (currently a plastic sleeve is on the front of the fridge just slide the information inside)
For example -"Hold for guest (name), confirmation #, and check-in date.
Then you can have luggage services pick it up or take it there yourself.
Please attempt (you may have to ask) to get a claim ticket from luggage services, this is the best way to ensure the fridge doesn't go missing.
If you are able to get a claim ticket, please forward the claim number to the next swapper and leave the claim ticket in an envelope with the next swappers name, check in date and conf# at the front desk.
ANYTHING ELSE?
Please be courteous and respectful of other swappers by keeping things running smoothly and keeping the fridge clean!
Report any problems and/or missing items as soon as possible so that the other swappers next on the listing have a heads up as to what is happening before their trip.
The fridge is free to use, but if you require Luggage Services to deliver or retrieve the fridge please tip them. It is not their job to deal with the fridge.
