I had to move this weekend, so I'm just now back with internet access. At work! Ha! Who needs to work when I leave in 93 Hours!

Morning POPpers how are we today??

glad to see so much talking! i had 3 pages to catch up on

Thanks everyone for the congrats on ten thousand posts!!!

DH is home today so that he can finish up last minute stuff around the house before vacay we are having my mother let in a cleaning service so that the house can be DEEP CLEANED while we are gone and we get to come home to calm, instead of the tornado we usually leave of last minute items

We are also having the carpets shampooed, so DH also has to make a list of where we really need them to scrub scrub scrub! (yes i could do that myself, but when would i DIS!!!)

Then the van needs to be cleaned, vacummed and it needs new tires and whatever else he said since i started glazing over!! so the kids are with him doing that right now!! i love being alone!!

That was hilarious thanks for the laugh!! we love love love the POP too! we do find EVERYTHING clean!!! seriously!! however those comforters give me the willies!! (i used to work in many big fancy name hotels and one of them was....... The Yacht and Beach club!)

and YAAAAY for holidays next year!!! do you know where you guys are staying yet?? i'm thinking POP again, mainly b/c that is where the rest of our group is going..BUT since we are not doing the parks that much, we're not sure where to stay!! i was thinking WL! DH wants the GF, but i still think the kids are too young to enjoy it there. sooo who knows! haha!!! I do love CSR though!! see i can't make up my mind and i have to book next month!!

Debbie, the whole voucher thing, should not be a problem name-wise since the name that is on there is only the name on the main reservation, so they really wouldn't be able to tell anything from that. Esp. since i am married to my DH, but i kept my maiden name...soooo our last names are even different and if i gave the voucher to DH there really is no way to prove it is his, unless they call the resort and i doubt they will do that

My DH is the same way about imaginary friends he thinks i'm nuts, but he does have an account on the DIS and lurks every now and then, but i'm just waiting for when we get a new computer and it's a lot faster!! then i think i will have the SHARE with him!!!!

Well I like being snuggled in bed at night, so I might have to bring my own blanket then. I just think that is horribly gross they do not wash them after each guest. Ugh. I don't know how that would work though with the luggage deal. I wonder if it would work if I called Mousekeeping and asked them to bring a freshly washed bedspread? I could balme it on allergies or something. Ok, now i have the heebee-geebees.
If I do not bring my own blankets, I will just have to bring warmer pjs and socks!
Thanks for the info!

I'm sure if we were to "accidentally" spill some of DD's sippy cup on the bedspread the first night, it would get replaced with a new one.

The presentation went amazingly well, no one booed, no one threw rotten tomatoes--or fresh ones for that matter--people asked reasonably intelligent questions, and my boss showed up unexpectedly and was very pleased with what he saw and heard, so he had no problem authorizing that extra day on my vacation!

Michelle: We don't share computers in our family. Jim and I each have a notebook, and we have one desktop in the living room for "general use". This way if our son and his family are in my house, there's a computer they can use without having to interrupt either of us. It took Jim a long time to become interested in using the computer, but now that he's discovered all the information at his finger tips, he's hooked!
