It's 83 degrees here! It can get really hot here, but for the past month or so it's been raining almost every day! Yesterday was like the first day it hasn't rained in a long time!

Helllooo everyone ! Just a quick dec to Pop in ( no pun intended here) Today my little guy turn 10 !! Wow - how time flies ! No big plans just cake and presents and maybe out to dinner.

I FINALLY got dh to "see" my point of view about this being the last trip for a while......Casey starts high school next fall & I won't pull her out (at least till I'm comfortable with it!) I called Donna & made my final payment...so it's settled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow, now I can breathe. I swear I feel as if i've been holding my breath for a month or more. I hated the thought of canceling the trip. I know I can't go every year, I understand that....but I really wanted to go just this one last time with my kids....Now i need to get busy...I need tshirts for the whole gang...I want to do something special for Grace & her bff Emily (Dana's daughter)....and something special for Casey & Dana's other daughter Nicole too...they're friends...Nicole is 2 years younger than Casey so it's not quite the same. But with Dana going with her girls, I'm hoping to steal my "big" girl away for a ride or two with just her & I.

I'll try to check back sometime this week.....if not we'll be home on Sunday night...so I'll be doing laundry & dis'ing all day Monday!!!!!

I ended up talking Austin into pizza at home tonight with cake and presents. He really had two other places to eat in mind but I needed a little "home" time.

Dan's sister ended up coming over too so if we would have been out and about we would have missed her ! She only has like 20+ days until she heads out to college.

Austin had a good birthday. My mom is buying his ticket for MNSSHP. He got a couple of Nintendo DS games, a new Pirates camera, Star Wars legos and a few other odds and ends here and there.

It was a low key bithday but I think that's what we need this week.

I just got a call to do a craft show in a nearby town (like 15minutes away and about 20 minutes to the hospital ) and it's on September 22nd I of course said yes before thinking it through! hahah! It's a small town and a small show, but i'm due on October 17th. I should be good right ??? what do you think?

Rebecca, I think you should stick with sewing crafts!! Esp. Since you know how to sew!! I'm still trying to figure out my sewing machine, so i can make some burp cloths!! Or you can work with Polymer clay!! no matter how much i try, I just can't get it to look that good!!

I think it will be okay. I also think that it will give you something nice to focus on and work towards over the next month. It is always nice to stay busy. Are you working on anything new for the show? I wanna see!!
