Okay, I am always very interested in ways I can save more disney money, b/c I tend to want to spend the disney money...so with your plan, do you just have 2 jars (2007 & 2008)? And do you save enough in the jar to cover your whole trip?

Yup! and SPending money Right now we only have one jar going! As soon as we got the trip paid off and at least 500$ on the Disney gift Card, we start the jar for the following year it was actually a spending money jar for Decembers trip and once that was out the window, we went ahead and changed it to October 2008!!

Now for our 2007 trip i just keep my Disney Gift Card in my wallet and WHENEVER we WALK into a DIsney Store, even if we don't buy anything our punishment is we have to put $$ on the gift card. Usually about 3 months out of the trip we put 50$ on each time it's fun and we let the kids decorate the jar with stickers and stuff, so they like putting money in 'their' jar too

OH MY!!!

You know, I cant even believe they would OFFER something like this, and not make it 'cooler'. And Ive cried before, for my boys - because THEY were so looking forward to something and it just turned out WRONG!!!
It WAS REALLY BAD!!! Not at all how it was advertised. If I would have known I would have never booked it.

The dining and sharing the room. I think your only thing that has to be thought about is this.... you have to both be staying the same length of time, you have to both have the same tickets ...other than THAT, unless they insisted you have everyone there at check in, I dont see a problem.
I trust everything will be fine. I tend to stress about every little thing, but I am POSITIVE it will work out!

I bet it would save us a bunch of money ! The way they used to do it all the dining was pooled and you used it how you needed it. There was a few times our family didn't eat together so it shouldn't be a problem.
My issue was not CS meals but making ADRs. As long as they are cool with us having multiple ressies for the same day, it should be fine!
If we decided to our own thing during the day, the boys would have a pool buddy at night back at the hotel and we would have a poolside drink buddy.
That's what I was thinking. I told Ry that even if we split up, at night they would have playmates! He wanted to know what Austin is into. I told him probably the same things he is. Plus I told him since I would be saving so much we could afford to do a waterpark AND MNSSHP! So that sold him!
How fun would that be !!
I think it is going to be GREAT fun! Oh and be careful with the That's new POPpers code for you know what. So only banana when speaking of "you know what!"
