Ill tell you exactly why - we all hated Florida AND if my ex wasnt tied into his job and could transfer back, he would - he didnt like it either.

My son Danny - he knew he'd go to WDW, and the Beach, and Busch...he's no fool.

Joey - is 15... he is SO involved with HIS FRIENDS! And the thought of Spring Break in Florida when his buddy Max just got his Drivers License 2 weeks ago?!?!? Iiiiiii dont think so! Speaking of licenses, I just signed Joey up for driving school this afternoon. Lord, help me.....and all the drivers on the road!

But we HATED Florida. I mean HATED it, we were there seriously like 1.5 months and we announced to the kids "Dont unpack everything, when the lease is up we're out of here...just enjoy it while we're here" So, we totally Disney'd it up, and did all that stuff....

It's not all it's cracked up to be. I feel people go on vacation and think THAT feeling is what you get by living there. It's not... AND (and here's where I got flamed when I posted about this along time ago) Florida IMO is really white trashy....

I just didnt fit it, and just hated it.

I know, I know.... I sound like a snobby witch with a B.

I honestly just am not a McD's fan. I know people say that all the time, like theyre too good for it - but I just dont freaking like it there. I dont even know why? Cuz junky fatty foods are my favorite! You know, I do like McD'd Filet O Fish, if I go.... with no Tarter Sauce, and a little tub of Sweet & Sour for my fries.

Cat- That's too bad you didn't like living in FL. I would love to live there. I want to move there but Steven says no. I figure the weather is similar to what it is over here. My mom wants to move to FL when they retire and I was surprised, I thought she would want to move to Las Vegas, she loves it over there. But we'll see what my dad says!

Michelle- You have family in Mexico? All mine is over here.

Okay, I just about had a heart attack. I look out the window and there is this 5 year old on a bike and a 3 year old running down the middle of the street with a car coming. I run out front to see where this kids parent is and reason whether its normal to trust a 5 year old with a 3 year old. As I'm debating on whether or not to run out after this kid, I look to the left and WAY up the street is a large person on a bike waiting. Yeah, quiet residential street, but WTH?!? (ends in ck btw)

YUP! my immidiate family is here but my grandma on my moms side and 4 aunts and uncles and their children live out there and then hundreds of cousins and what not! that's why we are going to Mexico next year, one of my cousins is turning 15 and it's her big party They came to our wedding, so we would never miss this!

I normally prefer BK over McD, but no playland at BK and we took the preschoolers to McD yesterday after their Kindergarten visitation. So, eating healthy I got the classic grilled chicken sandwich, no mayo and an iced coffee with splenda. My sandwich kept falling apart. I should've gone for a salad. Normally when I take the kids there I eat chicken nuggets, I like all the sauces!

At McDs I really gravitate towards the unhealthiest items. Either nuggets w/ sweet & sour or Qrt Pounder w/ cheese. I used to get the cheese sauce for fries but they don't do that anymore.
