Beginning in the Spring, Tom Sawyer Island will become a haven for Pirates. Among the enhancements will be a "Dead Man's Grotto" in the island caverns, a "Pirate's Den" on the Castle Rock as well as Buccaneer touches made to Tom & Huck's Treehouse and Smuggler's Cove.



This is at disneyland in cali.What do you guys think is the chance that soon it be at tom sawyer's island in wdw? y question is should they do this at tom sawyers island in wdw or leave it alone???

You know, I sure the heck hope not.

I think Im the only one, but Im tired of this pushing Pirates garbage. Enough already. Dont change things that have such character. The island as it is - is so *cute*. I used to go there with My Mom and the boys when they were younger. We could just pop a squat on rocking chairs and let them go crazy for a while. It was awesome!!! When we lived in Florida, and Jim and I would go to MK alone occasionally, we'd end up over there in the middle of the day, to relax and escape the heat. No, I dont need it "Pirate-ized"!!!

its bad enough that Pirates, which once had little to no wait just a few years ago, has suddenly become a ride to wait in line for HOURS for!!! I cant justify it, so we never wait... not when I used to walk on.

Its not REALLY Johnny Depp, in there, folks....

my DH commutes 1 hr and loves it! he says it gives him time to cool off from work in the evening and time to get into WORK mode in the morning!

No - Naperville. Like 15-20 minutes, depending on what morons get in front of me.

I have a longer time GETTING HOME for some reason?

its off to shoprite to go shopping and i hear ben and jerrys ice cream is on sale

depending on what morons get in front of me.

I always say this at work when responding to a run/911 call. Then its my voice yelling into the p.a. mic to "pull to the right,no your other right". For some reason people hear sirens and forget how to dirve all of a sudden,also i like the guys that try to outrun/race the Rig when i'm light and sirens,then i enjoy watching them get pulled over and get like $500 worth of tickets from the NYPD for failure to yeild to a emergency vechile,its just the little things that make me happy!
