Yea,maybe a guide or something. I'll tell you guys a story. A few years ago i was at the fire house it's about 7 am ish and we get a run for someone not breathing. We roll and get there and are told he's on the 3rd floor by his grand daughter. We get into his bedroom and its way too late,it looked like he passed on in his sleep some hours ago,he appears to be in his 80's or possible 90's.My partner tells me he will bring all the gear back to the truck, but i say i will take so i can have a smoke outside.I lug all the gear downstairs and outside and i light up and enjoy a smoke.I go back into the first floor and start to ask the grand daughter some infomation(name, birthdate, etc) I go back up to the 3rd floor and tell my partner i got all the info on him.Mypartner tells me the mans twin brother gave him everything all ready, meaning all the info. The grand daughter comes into he hallway of the thrid floor and ask if she can see her grand father and say good bye.We tell her yes and we will leave her alone for a few minutes, she says to me she found his social security card to give to us.My partner tells her the twin brother al ready gave him all the info. She looks at my partner and says "how did you know he had a twin" My partner says he was here and gave him all the info on his passed brother, she seemed to get angry and says thats impossible his only brother who was his twin died 20 years ago. I never saw thetwin with my own eyes, but i know my partner a long time and he was not one to make something like that up and he's never lied to me.To this day i really don't know, but my partner had a ton of personal info of the deceased guy and the only person we would find out in that house was the grand daughter. My partner still tells that story to the rookies and freaks them out,he swears he had a 5 minute conversation with that guy, while i was down stairs and outside smoking.I guess one never really knows.
