Tia, we considered DVC on our honeymoon and are still thinking about it, but until the kids are older and can get out of the value stage it's not worth it for us. Once we start going twice a year all the time though...THEN it's time to buy

Ry seems to be fine. Sometimes he is a bit dramatic, so I am never 100% sure with him. If he is sore abd bruised up tomorrow I will worry about it, but for now he is fine and I am glad because a long wait in the ER is not at the top of my fin to do list!

We are taking a Step 2 Wagon with the little Trailer in the back! that could work for you if you guys have one!

That way the little one is in the wagon and then you put the pumpkin in the trailer!! The older one can pull the wagon (wait how old is he??)

We have a Denver Zoo membership and go every few weeks. I see people all the times with the coolest wagon. There is one I always see with a canopy and then another one with this trailer.

I went to Toys r Us, Walmart, AND Target one weekend a few months ago looking for a "cute" wagon but couldn't find one.

Out of our corral of strollers I dont think even one will hold a pumpkin. I think we are going to wait until nect weekend and head up to a fancy fancy pumpkin patch in Loveland.

Even though at 9 Austin is a huge help this is when I need a man

I wonder if there isn't some sort of lawsuit against the company who compromised the security of those files. They should've known not to put confidential information in the middle of a parking lot.

OKay, change on DH's job offer...he told them about how it would be a paycut of about 5,000, so they came back and offered him 5,000 more. Now its dead even. Its the difference between working for a defense contractor and not. A large company or a small company.

I do bet a lawsuit will come out of this. It was on a couple diffrent news channels !! YIKES. I do feel somewhat sorry for the Dr. First he loses his practice to bankruptcy and then he is now likely to be sued !!

I'm a little slow on getting our pictures transferred to the computer, we had a little over 700. But here's the one we took of our DD when she first realized that we were at WDW. (She had been alseep all night on the way there & didn't know we were going to WDW)

We did the DVC tour on our honeymoon, too. We asked my parents, and my dad said we should focus on grandchildren instead.

However, four years later my parents bought DVC themselves. Here's the thing...if you are content with the Values, it will NOT save you money. But, if you desire the "finer things in life," and would like to stay at DVC resorts and plan on tripping every year or every other, then its a good deal. The thing is, it is so much more point economical to stay at the DVC resorts. On our honeymoon I thought we could stay at Poly, GF, Cont, etc., which we could, but Poly is like 23 points a night, and Beach Club is 12. So I could stay at Beach Club twices as long because its DVC.

Hi all. It is a crazy weekend for us.
Funny story, I related the story about the couple winning the DVC membership at MGM and I am being HOUNDED with PMs by people who want to know every last detail.

Tell them Disney is now monitoring your PMs and that nobody who contacts you about the prize will be eligible to win, that Disney "knows" these things. Far-fetched? Unbelievable? Ridiculous? You betcha - but some people WILL believe it

Has anyone considered DVC?

Well, yeah - but in the words of Julia Roberts, "I'm a fly by the seat of my pants kinda gal". I'd rather just go somewhere when I have the money than plan that far ahead and actually own anything
Funny - every time I mention going to Disney World, my brother says, "You know, there ARE other places to travel". Well, guess which one of us now calls SSR 'home'?

To all who have booked their next trips.... I AM SO JEALOUS! I am considering it, but I don't know if I would rather go for 2 short trips or one long one. Considering it take 2 days of our vacation for travel, I am more likely to book 1 long trip

Or you could spend a weekend in Las Vegas in mid-December... the Orleans (which has a lot for kids to do, although I don't know if the pool's open) is TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS a night!

I dont know what a good deal is but it is something that I can work hard for! Regular time share viewing I have seen runs around 15k and more

hi everyone we've been so busy today i just got home and a message from my sister was on the machine. she was crying and telling me to call her.

My uncle was found shot to death in his garage yesterday. he's a police officer in the Gang unit, so we are thinking it has something to do with that, but not sure yet. they say it is still under investigation.
