Celebrating a friend's retirement from the military, and with the grandparents again! We had close to 20 people this time.

That was a fun trip, wasn't it??? 15 adults and TWO kids! LOL!

So, I've been doing some work, BUT...still have a bunch of things to do!!

1) Leah's travel journal (she is helping me and it's been sooo much fun!) DONE!!!

2) Iron on t-shirts (all of them! UGH!...get to work, woman!)

2A) Applique the mickey heads onto the t-shirts for the AK (SKIRTS DONE! SCRUNCHIES DONE!)
Seriously considering skipping these....they are still really cute outfits.

3) fill up tip envelopes (printed!!) with a good guestimate of tips,(TS meals) so I don't have to put them on my KTTW card.

4) print out mousekeeping envelopes and fill them

5) charge up my disney rewards card from my VISA acct.

6) get travel insurance!! DONE!

7) pre-order photopass CD

8) print out daily info cards (park hours/itinerary)..DONE!

9) Order with Garden grocer (DONE!!)

10) Pillowcases (DONE!!)

11) Finish tutus for the girls to wear with their friends to CRT (almost done!)

11A) Make hair bands to match the tutus (DONE!)

12) Print out list of Fairy Godmailer addresses (compliled, but not printed)

13) Print out info/make contact with those before and after me in the Pay it forward box swap at Pop (half done!)

Also have ready....

rain ponchos
ear plugs
glowy bracelets
mister fans
hair glitter (so we don't miss the BBB as much)

I'd better get to work, eh?

DH will be gone for work until Friday, which could be good or bad....it means that I'll have to be dealing with Miss 4 and 6 year old for all of their needs....however, it also means that I don't have to clean up all my crap everyday (he's a neat freak), which will save me time!!

I think i'll enlist the help of the 4 year old and pick a couple of things and get them officially crossed off tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Well, of course, I'm a procrastinator, so I don't have time to update this like I should with pictures of all the shirts and all that good stuff.

Suffice to say that MOST of the stuff is done (not all??? UGH!). THe girls are mostly packed, my packing list is ready to go, and tomorrow should go smoothly (HA!).

Plan is to iron on the last two t-shirt things after the girls are at school. Then, pack the older one's suitcase (the little one's is already finished)....then pack my stuff (which really should be a breeze, since I'm a list person with a MASSIVE list!).

Recheck all the paperwork, and preorder my photopass, since I still haven't done it!!

Then, pick up the little one at 11:30, have lunch, hope there is nothing left to finish, then pick up the big one at school around 3 and head to the airport!!!

Have a great week all...one more sleep, and we'll be on our way!!!!!!!

Well . . . we'll see. Not sure I have anything interesting to report on, though, since it's just Dave and I going on this trip - LOL!
