Pop Warner Week and Bounce Back rates

Just returned from WDW last week. Bounce back rates are available for stays later this year EXCEPT for the Pop Warner Week.

Has Pop Warner week grown that large that it impacts discounts? Wow.

I think it may have impacted some resorts, but "free dining" has also impacted availability. We will be in WDW for part of Pop Warner week and know we had some trouble getting just what we wanted. We were able to get deluxe resorts with no problem, but the mods/values were not completely available with discounted rates.

Not sure it is due to free dining. I think every week between Sept and Dec 25th was available for a bounce-back rate except for Thanksgiving and Pop Warner week.
