Pop vs. Movies transportation

I know that the only transporation available to either is the bus system to get you to the parks. I have read that the buses coming to Movies is a lot slower? What is your thoughts on the differences if you know of any??

The people saying the buses at Movies are slower are probably those people staying at Movies who 'think' there are more buses running to the other resorts!!! It's Murphy's Law, so to speak.
When I stay at POP, it looks like there are more frequent buses running to every other resort. But, if I'm at BW, those buses to POP just keep coming!!!
The buses are all pretty similar..especially the value resort buses. The only reason the buses to POP will be quicker is that they go directly to POP, they aren't stopping at any other resorts, or making multiple stops within a resort.
With Movies, you could be stopping at Sports as well as Music..although generally speaking, Sports and Music are more likely to share a bus, with Movies having their own.

POP and CSR are supposed to have the best bus transportation. I've stayed at both POP and Movies and I like POP better.

Here is our experience with the Pop buses. (Granted, the resort was COMPLETELY full)

In the morning, fine. Got out no problem.

In the middle of the day to go back to the resort, fine.

Late at night, TERRIBLE!!

We often close the park down folks and stay for late EMH and often are in the park at least an hour after closing. Then we wander to the buses. For the most part when we do this when staying at All-Stars, the bus lines have dwindled down to almost nothing and we get on an empty bus rather quickly.

When we stayed at Pop, on several occasions late at night there was STILL a long line at the Pop bus stop and it took awhile to get through the line on a bus.

You see, Pop has only one bus stop at the parks, whereas All-Stars has three. So at busy park closing, they can split them up and get folks out of there faster.

Pop is the equivalent of 1.5 All-Stars, but only has one bus stop. It just takes longer to load folks.

I totally agree with this. At busy times, the All Stars don't share. But with POP being much larger than any of the individual All Star resorts the line at park closing is huge. The rest of the day, they are pretty much equal. OP, if you want the shortest line stay at Sports. From my observations over the years, of the All Stars, Movies has the longest lines, then Music, then Sports. Another advantage with ASMo, if you are standing in line for the bus at the park and you see that the line for ASMu is short, you can ride that bus and it's a very short walk to ASMo, especially if you are in the Mighty Ducks or Dalamatian building.
