Anyone know how to get to Wilderness Lodge from Pop Century, and how long it would take? We're eating at Whispering Canyon, then going on from there to Hollywood Studios. I'm starting to think this only looks good on paper, and in reality it might be a big hassle. Maybe we should eat at Whispering Canyon on a day we're at MK instead. Thanks in advance.

You could try this transportation calculator.

We loved eating there, don't call it a hassle, call it an adventure!:wizard:

I've heard that ourlaughingplace has a lot of errors. I would just take the bus to MK then transfer to the boat to WL.

A couple of items to consider.

1) Take a cab one or both ways. It is the fastest and in the big picture, not that much money. $10-$15 each way.

2) Getting from Disney Hotel to Disney Hotel is most complicated. Getting from a Disney Hotel to park is relatively easy.

3) WL to Hollywood Studios vs WL to MK is not all that different time wise.

take DTD bus from POP then transfer to WL bus will not take that long going maybe 40 minutes or less :banana:then take a HS bus from WL and then when you leave HS just take your POP bus to resort :thumbsup2 is easy actually to do

Pop to WL is one of the longest cab rides on property. I would expect it to be more in the $20-$25 range.

It's best to avoid DTD for bus transfers, except at night when it's the only option. If you're going to WL for breakfast, DTD isn't even an option.

Best take the bus from Pop to MK. At MK, you can either take the boat to WL, or take the bus if you're in a hurry. Allow an hour to 1 1/4 hours travel time; if you're lucky, you'll make it in about 35 (using buses).

We've never taken any boats at Disney. (This will be our 2nd trip) My daughters (5 & 10) would probably love the boat ride, and it would definitely feel like an "adventure". :thumbsup2

Thanks to everyone for your thoughts! We leave for WDW tomorrow and I'm so excited!!!!!

Have a great time!! Enjoy the boats, we take them every chance we get!:wizard:
