Pop to 'Ohana

How early can we get to 'Ohana from Pop Century using Disney Transportation?

I was wondering the same thing.

Is there a bus from POP to the TTC? If not, is it best to take MK bus?

Buses start running from the resorts to the parks by 6:30am every day. They tend to run a bit less frequently until an hour before park opening, so plan accordingly. If you just miss a bus, you may have to wait at least 20+ mins for the next one.
To get from Pop to 'Ohana, I would get the MK bus as early as needed, then hop on the monorail, over to the Polynesian. The monorail starts running at 7am.
No resort buses go to the TTC.

Last Dec. we were staying at Pop and had a 7:30 reservation for O'hana we were at the bus stop by 6:50 and we had short wait for a bus. When we have had early breakfast reservations before the park opened our bus driver has always dropped us off at the Poly. However I make sure I have enough time to get to Poly if we are dropped off at the MK and have to take the monorail.
