We'll be staying at POP in March. I have 11:10 am ressies for 1900 PF for a late breakfast. If MK opens at 9am that day, how much time will we have in the park before we'll need to catch the monorail to make the ressies?

You probably should catch a monorail no later than 10:30. They do request that you show up about 10 minutes earlier than your time. You may also ride a boat to GF from MK. It docks to the far right as you face Bay Lake.

I usually stay at Pop and since EPCOT is close by we like to park our car at EPCOT and ride the monorail over to WDW.

I think I would head out at 10:30 - 10:45, it only takes a few minutes to get over to the GF. If you are taking the boat just ask if they are going ti GF first.

The boat goes from MK to GF, then the Poly. If you catch the boat as it leaves MK, you will only need 10 minutes to get to GF and then walk to 1900 Park Fare. I would take the boat, but arrive at the boat launch at 10:30 anyway in case the boat has just left and has to make the full circle. The monorail has to go from MK, to CR, to TTC, to Poly, THEN GF. It takes a while no matter what. The boat is an easier, quicker ride.

I also agree with taking a boat. The boats also don't run the risk of having to wait on other boats leaving the area. If a boat breaks down at the dock, they are able to use the other side instead of having everyone wait. With the monorails, you run the risk of waiting for a while.
