I am staying at POP next month and have a breakfast ADR at Kouzzina for 8:05 am. Normally I would take a bus to EPCOT and then walk over, but I'm assuming that it's not possible to get to the walkway in the WS prior to the park opening. What would be the best and easiest way for me to get to the Boardwalk at that time of day?

Thanks!

Bus to DHS and walk or boat over. Unless there's a boat coming in as you are walking toward the path to BWI, walking probably is quicker as the boat will make stops at S/D and YC/BC before stopping at BWI.

Don't know what it would cost but POP is very close the the Boardwalk, so I bet a cab would be cheap (and easy).

Take a cab....less than $10. We took one from YC to POP and it came to just about $10, with tip.
Bus isn't really going to get it done. You have to get the bus to DHS, which means getting out to your bus stop by 6:45. Then, riding to DHS, then walking to BW..about 15-20 mins depending on pace. The boats start running an hour before the park opens...nothing I would count on.
Just take a cab.

You could also take the bus to mk and then transfer to the boardwalk bus i know it means might have to leave earlyer but you save money nad get a safer driver to get you there. It depends what you want to do if your okay with spending money on a taxi then then it get you there faster. But if you want to save money and have a pleasnet ride then either take a bus to dhs and walk which isnt bad or take a bus to mk then transfer which will take alittle longer. The mk bus will take around 20-25 min then the board walk will be 15-20 so it be about all togther 1 hour travel time while the dhs will take 15 min and the walk will be 15- 20 so that be around 35-40 min. The cab will be around 15 and be around 10 dollars plus tip.

It is 2 miles from the furthest point at Pop to the BW shouldn't take more than 5 min. and be more than $5 to $8 cab fare. IMHO it would be foolish to go any other way.

Enjoy your Breakfast

I have to disagree. There is no sure way of knowing if a bus is going to come along that is going back to BW at that time of day. It makes little to no sense to go so far out of the way either.
I have taken a cab from that area to POP....$10, including tip and we are good tippers. I think the tab came to about $7, so dh handed the driver, who was very safe by the way, and told him to keep the change.
A cab will take you under 10 mins as well. The best choice.

Everyone...this is the reason I tell people to think about where they are staying and where they want to get to, when booking early morning ADRs, especially at other resorts. Too many people book these breakfast ADRs, giving no thought to how they are going to get there. Think about it beforehand...much less stress that way.

Yes your right I just wanted to give the op all their options just in case they didn't want to take a taxi. Yes it be easier to take a taxi and 7 is good so I now have to agree the taxi proberly the best way.
