Hi all!

I got a call from Pam (Gytchy) last night. She's currently in WDW and told me that she's discovered the fridge she has is not actually our fridge, but belongs to another swap. She's still going to pass that fridge off to me since they have my dates open on that swap, but after my stay I'll be directing it back to the correct swap.

I contacted the swap leader for that group and she says she hasn't heard anything from their current participant about not having a fridge, so it's likely that person received ours. I gave her Catrinabeach's info so that their participant can leave the fridge in her name.

So... it looks like we'll still have a fridge, just perhaps not the one we were expecting.

I too talked to her and it does sound like we may have theirs and vice versa... unfortunalty I believe it's happened more than once... as the one I left for the person behind me isn't the one she got once all was said and done as I left it a certain way so we'd know one way or the other.... If anyone has problems when u get there... be sure to check w/ luggage services AND lost and found if they can't find it in Luggage Services.... Another swap runner told me that they are ... now and then... sending them to L&F if more than a few days between swappers...

Again as I tell all of you... if problems feel free to call me... and I will call pop for ya.... I am waiting to hear from Gytchy when she gets back to see what the latest info is .... cross your fingers folks...

Do we know if the swapper from the other swap is done with it on the 17th ? Will it still be the 17th that I would look for it ? Just wondering if she will still be using it when I arrive or if it will be in luggage services. She may not be checking out by then. HMMMM. could be interesting lol

I haven't heard anything yet... usually no news is good news. When there are problems I get a call from the swapper... so far no calls since I talked to Gytchy... Cross your fingers folks

Hi all!! Sorry I couldn't report back sooner. I left the fridge I had in catrinabeach's name as the head of the other swap believed their current swapper would be leaving it in her name. Everything should be back to normal!!

I have the fridge and I pass it along tomorrow ! I'm going to try to do a direct swap but since we plan to leave early for the parks and don't want to wake them up early I will probably leave it with bell services.

I would but I don't think we are allowed and I'd rather not take the chance... there is the thread at the top of the budget board that has the swaps all listed...
