POP room size question

Can someone help me with this question? I know POP officially accomodates 4 adults and 1 under 3 in a crib, BUT could you fit 2 pack and plays in the room?

If the answer is "yes, but it will be very tight" that's okay. But if the answer is "no way, only one will fit" I guess I will need to look elsewhere.

We are planning on taking (then) 18mth old twins. They are not used to sleeping with us so I'm concerned they won't want to at WDW. If they would just sleep with us that would be great, but if they only want their "own" bed I will need to be able to set up 2 pack and plays.

Thanks.

No way. I just can't see it fitting. We had one pack n play set up and there was no place for another one. We were extremely cramped with 4 and I wouldn't stay there again unless it was just dh and I alone. I would recommend a moderate resort... or rent some dvc points.

we were 2 adults in a pc room with luggage (granted overpacked...but we didn't know what Jan weather would do) and felt tight. We had suitcases under the window, next to the tv and in the clothes hanging area. Sure we could have been neater about it, but it was only the 2 of us so it didn't really matter...but it did feel tight. 2 pack and plays would probably fit, but you'd lose your ability to use the table and chairs and may be bumping into 1 of them. Its a tight space in there, but you could probably get away with it...however do they allow 2 in there? ie firecodes? I'd ask before you plan on it.

If it's just 2 adults and no other children, it might work. I'd move the table & chairs over on the bed side of the room, then the 2 pack n plays would fit side-by-side.

Anyone else who stayed in a king have any thoughts?

If you stay in a king room & can move the bed over towards the wall you should be able to fit two cribs, one by the window & the other up against the same wall as the TV (you'll have to move the table & chairs but they can be put over near the vanity next to the bathroom. (It really does work...we've done it several times) We were able to do this @ All Star Sports to fit a rollaway. I have heard though that the beds weren't movable @ Pop Century...not sure if that's for real. I guess we'll find out next month when all 8 of us arrive! (We have 4 rooms reserved 3 with 2 doubles & one king, handicapped accessible & he has lots of medical equipment!!) I'll let you know if I find out more about moving the beds @ PC. Hi, we just came back from POP Century in December with 12 month old twins. We had two rooms (because we have other kiddos), it is very small and cramped and I am assuming you will also have a double stroller? Just getting that in and out of the door was a hassle because we had to shove the pack and play and the table and chairs all along the wall :)

Honestly, we could never have fit just us and our twins in one room with two pack n plays and all the gear.

The rooms are cute, but very cozy.

It's been a long time since we had to bring baby gear (youngest is 13) but seems to me you should be able to put one of the pack and plays on the extra bed and secure it somehow??? then the other one could fit between beds or back by the bathroom area?? Don't know what cribs they have at POP but maybe there is a way for them both to fit.
Have a great disney trip

That would make it hard for the other two adults to sleep in that bed LOL!

We had a king bed, and it was very roomy. With two double beds, 4 adults, it would be almost too tight with two pack and plays and all the baby luggage. The beds are not moveable, so the only way you could do it, would be to ask that your table be removed..and actually, I think that only 4 with one baby is what is allowed, isn't it? for the fire code?
We way over packed and had lots of luggage, and still had plenty of room, so if you are determined, you could prob pile up the luggage, if you didn't mind unpiling it to get to your clothes each day and make a little more space. The most we've had was three adults, and two kids (one under 2) and that was very doable for us..but one more adult and it would have been impossible for us.

Western Magic is a Disney cruise.

We had to take the boys out of the double stroller because it wouldn't fit through the door. The bed is really close and our double is a front to back so it's long.

Check out CBR... the rooms there are large.

How old is your other child?

We have a 5yr old in addition to the twins. So it would be 2 adults, one child and 2 infants. According to Disney, this is acceptable for POP (since it accomodates 4 adults, plus 1 child under 3)

We would need the 2 double beds. I am really hoping the twins would just want to sleep with me and forego the pack and plays, but if the time comes and they are still wanting to sleep in their own space, I need to have that option.

My other thought was something someone else mentioned, removing the table and chairs all together, will they do that?

I was under the impression from your first post you had 4 adults..whew..that's a alot. In that case (since you don't have 4 adults) I would ask for a king bed, if your child would sleep with you..and in that case, you would have plenty of room for two pack and plays. The King bed didn't move and had no place under it for luggage, but there was room to the side of it by the door for one P & P (or even two) and if you shoved the table and chairs to the side, room there for another P & P. Otherwise, if you need to keep the bed , and you don't mind being squished, I still think you can do it...one P & P near the table/window and another to other side of the dresser. You'll be crowded, but it's doable. Like I said we had 3 adults and two kids (only one pack and play though..but two strollers).
