Hi Gang!

We had originally planned on staying two nights at the ASMovies, but I got a great annual pass code that makes it more cost effective to stay at the POP.

Any suggestions on what wing I shoudl request? We're only staying there two nights, but I know my DD4 will get a HUGE kick out of things she recognizes. I've heard people mention that Tramp is in one building. Are there any other characters on any other buildings or anything else that would just thrill my munchkin? Any recommendations for her age group?

TIA guys.....I'M REALLY GETTING EXCITED!!!!
Mel :p

I stayed at the sixties section pool view (3rd floor). This is a great section - the view of the pool is great - the characters are Belu and Mogli from the Jungle book and the buildings across the way have a very big Play Doh can with a few claymation friends. Either side is great. I loved looking out from the 3rd floor at that great pool (the hippie dippie pool).

Also the fifties section has Lady and Tramp with a nice bowling pin pool. There are great icons throughout this resort but I prefer these sections -. The sixties section does cost around $10 more a night but I really enjoyed being in the main hub of this resort. Some people think it is too noisy - but I enjoyed hearing all the laughing and fun going on.

If your little one is a light sleeper I would stick with the 50s section.

The 80s section has a computer pool - not too impressed with this pool. Just a big square. This section was a little less festive.

Hope this helps.

We stayed in the 70's building, and it was an awesome location. Just a minute to the bus stop and the food court. We were in the building with a big wheel.

Lady and the Tramp are in the 50's buildings, which would be another good location. There's a giant Mickey phone in the 70's building. Roger Rabbit in the 80's building. Mogli and Baloo are in the 60's building. Mr. and Mrs. Potatohead are there as well.

Your daughter will love it.

DD and I just decided to go last minute, (DH & DS aren't too thrilled about being left out.) It's been a while since we've stayed onsite. Does POP have the refillable mugs like WL? DD is 12, will POP be too babish for her? I got a $74 rate, I hope that's good, it's the best I could find last night. We will leave next week, so I will try to find something better if possible.

Yes there are refillable mugs at POP. Also, I was 31 last year when I took my daughter and it wasn't too babyish for me!!!! LOL
