No,unlike the All-Star Resorts(Sports,Music,Movies) and Port Orleans French Quarter and Riverside,Pop Century and Art Of Animation are not considered "Sister Resorts",BUT you are welcome to use anything else at AoA(Food Court,Arcade,Playground,Pool Bar,Animation Class,etc.)

AoA is a very short walk across Generation Gap Bridge from POP.
