POP preferred view room or not???

Should I pay the extra for preferred? I really don't care about the bus stop or food court, I just do not want to look at a parking lot for two weeks. What do you think???

I wouldn't pay the extra $$ for preferred. We were in the 70's building #10 (or B building) on the first floor and we couldn't see the parking lot because of the landscaping. You could ask for a room facing the lake.
