Pop or Sports? Which is better?

Going in September for a week, just 3 of us. DH, DS 4 and myself. Currently our reservation is at Sports, but we're thinking of changing to Pop. Since both resorts are value, aren't they basically the same? We've stayed at Sports a couple of times and it was fine for us because we do not spend much time in our room at all, we're all about the parks. I've heard bus transportation is much better with Pop and that they have their own buses. Any truth to that?

Pop does have its own bus! Additionally, you could take a bus to AoA and walk across Hourglass Lake to get to Pop.

I say switch! I've never stayed at Pop but my sister has and she LOVES it! Never hurts to try something new, too!

The food court at Sports will be closed at that time. For that reason alone I would go with Pop.

I would switch to POP. They have their own bus all the time and sometimes the All Stars share.

I also believe the Sports food court is going to be closed during that time. There will be no hot food at all. Grab and go food will be placed in the arcade area, so no arcade either. They will be doing shuttles to the other AS resorts if you want to get food there.

Does mean Sports may be less crowded during that time. But if any of that is important to you, you might really want to consider POP.

I love the All Star Sports, but as their food court is going to be all but shut down, I would stay at the Pop this time.

Another vote for Pop. If you have stayed at Sports before then trying a new resort is part of the fun. I've stayed at Pop in September and its never really crowded. Plus there are 3 pools to choose from. And now you can walk over to AoA and check that resort out as well. They have a pretty amazing food court.

I would definitely make the switch to Pop. Yes - on the dedicated buses.

I would say POP regardless of the food court being down or not. Overal a great resort, loved my stay there.

I really like Pop a lot and their bus service is fantatastic!
