Pop in for Pictures?

I'm sure this has been answered elsewhere but I can't find it for the life of me. Can I pop into a not as popular resturant, so for example San Angel not like California Grill, just to take pictures?

San Angel is inside the Mexico pavilion, and has no walls to separate it from the shops, Three Caballeros ride, etc. When you enter the main building, you're looking directly at San Angel.

Definitely not like Cali Grill or BoG where you're not allowed really even close to either restaurant without an ADR, much less inside.
