Some of the stations in the food court open as early as 6 AM, I am pretty sure everything is up and running by 7 AM. They do have wrapped sandwiches, but depending on how "early" you are looking for them you may or may not be able to get them. On our departure day in October we were planning to use up our remaining CS credits on lunch items but that section wasn't open yet at 7:30 AM. The CM at the register told us we would have to find a CM who worked that section to help us get the items, but by then we were out of time because we had to go get on Magical Express. Just make sure you allow PLENTY of time to get your lunch items if you are trying to get them early in the morning - it is not a quick and easy process!
