Pop century to whispering canyon cafe

We are staying at Pop Century. Arrival at 11am. We have a reservation for dinner at whispering Canyon Cafe. What is the easiest way to get there? We will not be going to a park on our arrival day so the day is open.

Bus to MK, then boat to WL.

You can do either the bus or boat from MK to WL. The boat is a more pleasant ride. The bus may be faster; it's a direct bus and doesn't have that far to travel, assuming it's just going back and forth.

I'll be making the same trip in June with a 5:05 ADR - would leaving POP at 4:00 be early enough?
