Pop Century to Poly

What is the fastest way to get from Pop to Poly? Do buses go from Pop go to the TTC? I thought that would be the fastest way if I could catch a bus to the TTC then monorail to Poly? This is my first time to WDW and have dinner reservations at O'hana the first night.

When we stayed at Pop Century in July, we also had dinner plans at Ohana for our first night!!! We took the bus from Pop Century to Magic Kingdom, and then rode the monorail to Polynesian! We did a little shopping at each of the hotels too!!
