Pop century resort

I’m confused about room types at Pop Century,
We,ve reserved a Preferred room, ground floor.. We dont want a king bed. Preferr two queens, one Murphy bed, one regular queen. What do I ask for?

Just a preferred room and put in a request for a ground floor. The majority of rooms are two queens ( with one being a Murphy bed)

You can have "Non-King" added to you request.

In the unlikely event you still get a King,just go to the Front Desk and ask to be reassigned to a Queen and Murphy Bed room-there are very few Kings so you should have no problem getting the Queen/Murph room.

The only guarantee is that you'll get a preferred room. If you want ground floor, you should request that and I agree with adding "Non-King". As mentioned, there are fewer rooms with kings and those are typically assigned for people traveling as two or those who request it.

Back from trip....We were given a preferred room in Bldg. 2, though we had asked for 3, on 2nd floor, though we had asked for ground, but it was okay. Close to parking. The room was fine, had 2 queens, one the Murphy bed. I wish I could say we had a great trip, but the Disney portion was pretty disappointing overall, we left a day early.

As far as I know, there aren’t any preferred rooms in building 2?

Yes,no Preferred in the Jukebox(that is what we call Bldg. 2 )

Just a guess,but Covid World is VERY different from "normal" Disney World.

You had a preferred room booked but were assigned building 2? If there are no preferred rooms in building 2 and you were not given a refund for your preferred room, I think you'd be within your right to request the difference in cost as a refund.

Oh, I know. We were there in November. I was just curious about her specific experiences.
