You can use all resort amenities regardless of what decade you stay in.

Of course, the pools are for everyone staying at the pop century resort. The decade buildings are just parts of the pop century resort, not every decade will have a pool. This is the same way at the All Star resorts, they spread out the pools because the resorts are so big and they accommodate a lot of people.

Of course! You can use any pool at Pop as long as you are staying somewhere in the resort. They just spread them out so that everyone won't be in one place at the same time, and they can work with theming and such. Have a great trip!

Yup! You can go to any pool there you want. When we stayed there, one realllyyy hot afternoon, we took our time and went to all of the different pools! Hope you have a good trip!
