There are bell services there. We have never used them, but we have gone to get the carts. We were there last May. Unless I misunderstood you shouldn't have a problem. Enjoy your trip.

yes, they have bell services. They practically had the bags out of our towncar before we were completely pulled up to the property..LOL

It should be noted that Pop Century does not have "Bell Services" which is an on-demand tipped service.

Instead, Pop Century has "Luggage Assistance" which is a scheduled non-tipped service. Bags get delivered to your room AUTOMATICALLY within an hour of your room becoming available. You do not need to be in the room for them to be delivered.

When checking out, it is best to call the night before to schedule an appointment. If you wait till the last minute, they may not have any availability.
