Last year, my daughter saw this and said, "Look! A giant MP3 player!" I explained how it was an 8-trac, and that was how you listed to music in the 70s, and my son said, "If that was an MP3 player in the 70s, it would have to be THAT BIG."

Hey, this looks like what the bell services uses at the Poly (well, minus all the Pop decoration). What are these used for? I thought all Pop had was some push carts and NO bell services.... That would be nice to be driven to your room with all the luggage.... Anyone know???

Thanks bytheblood. IMHO I think most, if not all of us, who have posted pictures here have an appreciation for what Pop, as a value resort, has to offer and we just want to share it.

You, I swear I walked about every inch of the result, and I NEVER ran across the playground. I must be blind, becuase people described it to be near the 70's section, which is where I stayed ,and I probably walked right by it and never even saw it!

Here it is. It is very easy to miss as it is surrounded by trees and there is just a narrow path leading into it from the main path going by 70's Building 10.
