pop century luggage service ?

When we come to the Pop on 11/27 it will be at 9:00am and by the shuttle (mears?) will we have to drag all our luggae to guest services or can we drop them off with luggage services on the way in like the people who drive? What is the procedure with the
guests who take the shuttle when they arrive? Thanks everybody for your help!

As you exit the bus, you will see Luggage Assistance cast members out on the front drive. If someone doesn't automatically come up to you offering Luggage Assistance (they can get busy) there will be a little desk by the front door. Just find a CM and let them know you are checking in. They will ask for the name on the reservation. Once you've checked in, your luggage will be AUTOMATICALLY delivered to your room within an hour of it becoming available. If your room is ready now, it will go up on the next run. If it isn't available now, and you need something out of your bags, that is fine too. Your luggage will be delivered to the room within an hour of it becoming clean, while you are off playing at the parks. You do NOT need to be in the room for the luggage to be delivered.

When you check out, give Luggage Assistance a call the night before, and they will arrange a pickup time.
