Hello! I have been reading theses boards since around 1998 but I have never posted. My family and I have been to Disney many times, but this will be our first stay at Pop Century. We are staying in the preferred building (60s I think). When we received our yellow envelope, it stated the Wide World of Sports Area. Could someone please tell me where this area is located? Thanks for your help!

Try this map of Disney: http://www.disneyzone.net/Maps/roadmap.jpg There's a zoom button that pops up near the bottom right side of the screen. It's kind of hard to find but if you move your mouse near the right border of the map it should pop up.

Hopefully, I will be the first person to respond to your first post.
Welcome to the group of posters to the DIS Boards.

I believe that the reason that the Wide World of Sports area was listed on your yellow envelope is that it is the adjacent Disney complex to the Pop Century. Just turn left out of the Pop onto Victory Way and go to the light at the intersection of Victory Way and Osceola Parkway. Go straight through the light to get to the Wide World of Sports complex.

If you turn right out of the Pop, you go to Buena Vista Drive, which takes you to Downtown Disney to the right and to World Drive to the left.

Pop Century is in a great location and you should enjoy it.

It really should be the Disney-MGM Studios area, because it's right next door to the Studios. Which of course places Pop in a very central location. :)

We didn't receive anything when we made reservations at the POP Century for next week. Should we have gotten something?
