Pop Century email

Is there an email I can contact Pop Century and Magical Express on. We are supposed to check in tonight. We are currently on a flight between Melbourne and Auckland which has been delayed and they’ve just come up to us to advise that we are going to be stuck in Auckland for 24 hours. I wanted to let them know we won’t be turning up. We booked through Expedia.

I'm sorry for your travel problems. Unfortunately, none of the Disney Resorts have public email addresses. There's a general purpose email form on the Disney World website, but it usually takes days before anyone see and responds to those messages.

The Disney Reservations Center is currently closed. Even if they were open, you will probably get rebuffed. Since you booked through Expedia, they are the "owner" of your reservation. You will need to contact them in order to get help pushing your reservation back a day.

You could try calling the resort direct. But, you may get told that Expedia has to arrange any changes. Sadly, that's one of the huge drawbacks of booking though an online travel agency.

For reference, the Disney Reservations Center opens at 7am Eastern Time (including Sundays). That's 2.5 hours from now. If I looked it up correctly, that would be 11pm Auckland time.

Thanks everyone. We ended up losing wifi anyway so there was nothing I could do. We are stuck in Auckland for 24 hours. It was just one night at Pop Century and then we were off to Universal for two nights before going back to Fort Wilderness. Really disappointing but it is what it is. I guess I should be able to claim through travel insurance.
