Hello I could use some information on a room that I booked for a trip in December 2016. This is our first visit and this is the description from reservation I reserved at POP century.
Preferred Room. Wheelchair accessible with roll-in shower and option for hearing accessibility. 1 king bed, 1 double bed.

2 Adults, 2 Children (11, 9)
Since booking I have been told many different stories by CM's and TA's and trying to find out what is right. Several have said there are NO King bed with double size bed rooms at POP. I was told by a TA it was a glitch but I still see these rooms available to reserve now. I was also told by others that it would be a blow up mattress for the double which we do not want. I have also been told it would be 2 adjoining rooms which would be fine but I only paid for one room so how would this work. Does anyone have information I just want to make sure we will have the beds as listed and won't be a problem.

The CMs you may have talked to could be in the Call Center, and have no idea what is available at Pop Century, or any resort. I've found most travel agents to be clueless too.

Bring your reservation printed out, with the above info you were given, and all will be fine. They gave you confirmation of the room and bed size. When you get there, if that is not available, they will have to find you a comparable room on property, or give you two rooms, etc. They should only charge you what the original room would cost.

We have booked these rooms several times for my 88yo mother. She has to have the roll-in shower. And there are 3 people in our party, my mom, my 20yo daughter and myself. We always book a roll-in shower room for three people and get two connecting rooms, one handicap and one standard. Truly you could sleep 6 people, because the standard has two double beds and the handicap has a king. We only pay for the one handicap roll-in shower room.

They recently changed over the handicap rooms for just one king to a king and double. So if that is what you booked, barring a problem with the room, that is what you will get.
