Yes, there are quite a few places where you can view the animals. As Amy&Dan said, there is a "central" viewing area just off of the lobby. Also, there is at least one large-window viewing in each of the main hallways leading out to the guestrooms. And at the very end of at least some of those hallways (maybe all of them), you can go out the door to a small exterior landing. If you look at a map of the resort, you can get an idea of what I'm talking about.
