POP busses in January - question

We are staying at Pop in January and are not really concerned about how long the walk is to the bus stop or the food court. We stayed at the Dixie Landings in January 96 and we are early risers so we basically had a morning/breakfast routine where we'd get out first thing to the bus stop, and we enjoyed the walk there. We didn't have to wait long at all. At times, it almost felt like we were the only ones at the resort. We always took advantage of the early park opening and felt like we got the first bus to arrive. I'm assuming the Pop is different because it only has one bus stop.

Are the busses first thing in the morning in January crowded?

How are the busses to and from Downtown Disney in the evening? Do they take long, are they crowded?

Well it's 4 months to go for us also. We'll be there from Jan. 12th - 23rd. This we be our third time at Pop and we have also stayed POR, so I think I know what you're talking about. What we've seen at Pop is that the food court and buses start getting real busy about 8:30 - 9:00. We've done EMH and have caught a bus around 7:30 and have only had a few people on it. We've also caught the bus around 9:30 - 10:00 and it has been packed. Going to DTD the buses are very good and are usually half to three quarters full. I don't ever remember the bus being standing room only. At least not in Januaray, that's why we go then. See you there. Maine

Thanks! I figured January wouldn't be too much of a problem for busses. We will be there 7-14th! You'll recognize me...I'll be the one practically chained to the hotel post not wanting to leave!!
