Pop at Thanksgiving - Preferred Rooms?

Looking at booking a preferred room at Pop for Thanksgiving - but they are not available? Are they all sold out? Does Disney hold sets of room until later in the year?

I would call them. We stayed in a preferred room over Thanksgiving and booked it way later than this.
