What do points make..........?

Has anyonelse encountered problems with any of these companies (Bridge/Cresta/Paris Travel Service). I booked through the Bridge brochure (although letters come headed Paris Travel Service and sometimes the phone-line connects to Cresta since they are all in the same group.
There service has been pretty awful. I have trouble getting through to the Customer Service lines (longest I have waited is 15-20 minutes). Often the person will pick up the phone and put it straight back down again (I have been cut off at least 7 times). On one occassion I rang 20 minutes before office closing (long enough to deal with my request) - 3 times the phone was picked up and then put straight back down again. On the fourth attempt someone did answer but conveneiently told me the systems were down and I would need to ring again the next day.
I have rang numbers quoted on invoices to be told it was the wrong number, given another number and then when I rang this was told this was the wrong number.
You get the idea by now I am sure.
And now 8/9 days before we leave for our holiday we still do not have tickets. I rang to chase them and was told that they would 'try' and get them out next week. I said you had better get them out next week because that is when we need them by! DUH.
The only reason I book with these people is because I can use my Tesco clubcard points. Am I the only one who experiences problems like this?
edited to add: I forgot to mention that they also send mail in un-sealed envelopes. I certainly hope they don't do this with my tickets

In these days of people being able to book their holidays so easily themselves on the internet, you would really think that these companies would be trying even harder to keep their customers happy.
and hope you receive them soon.
