Poolside activities

I know that each of the resorts have various activities like bocce ball, ping pong, etc. What exactly is at each resort, and where is it located in relation to the pools? We're going to have lots of time to pool-hop, but if it's 95 degrees, my family is not going to want to wander around while I say, "I know there's bocce ball around here somewhere...."

Also, is true that there are no more evening movies? We always enjoyed that. Do they have other poolside activities in the evening like music or contests, or is pretty quiet at the pools in the evenings now?

Earlier this month we were at the PBH. Friday and Saturday night they had a glow party at the pool. One of the highlights of the trip. Not sure if they have them all the time, but worth asking.

The pool activity schedule changes all the time. You are right that the movies have been discontinued.

At HRH there is ping pong and a big shuffleboard type of activity that is right beside the pool. You can't miss it.

At RPR there is a large water fun area with squirters and such.

At Portofino, by the quiet pool there is bocce.

I don't think you can miss the activities. The resort pool areas are not that large.

When you check in at the hotel, one of the hand outs will be pool activities schedules

Is there a sample or schedule online. I believe i have found these with Disney hotels.

Our first stay at RPR (2006) we sought out the croquet area (it's not near the pool). I don't think many people used it for croquet, but we had fun!

There is S'more making at CBBR in the evenings

If we want the schedule for a resort that we're not staying in to plan our pool hopping, do we need to go to the lobby of that resort? We're staying at RPR, which we love, but I have a feeling we'll be checking out CBBR a few times.
