I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the pools on the cruise ship. I have checked out a lot of sites and haven't been able to find a thing. Please let me know.
There are three main pools...Mickey pool with slides for the little ones, Goofy family pool, and the Quiet Cove pool for adults (18 and over). Both the Goofy and Quiet Cove pools also have two whirlpools.

It is very small....out of 7 DCL cruises we have only seen one CM in that pool.
During the cruises after the fire back in March, they used the Crew pool for passengers since they closed one of the other pools for cleaning/repair work.
If you want to see a "rare" photo of the public swimming in the CM pool, check out the photo page on my website (it should be under the "fire" photos). I am jealous...in 28 cruises, that's still something I haven't done!

We were on the first cruise after the fire. We got to swim in the crew pool. It was so WINDY up there and I felt the pool was not heated but that could of been because of the wind. Maybe the cast members stay away because it is so windy when the ship is underway. It was cool seeing it and the crew pool area also has their own bar! Which was open for us displaced adults since quiet cove was turned into the family pool. Kathy
