Pool-front room = noise

Sorry, but common sense tells us that a pool-front room comes with noisy times. Next time, request a room away from the pool. It sounds to me that you would be a lot happier.

Unless that pool is open 24hrs the OP has every right to be bothered by the noise. I know nothing about POP or the pools but I do know at other resorts the main pool usually isnt open 24hrs.

no, the poll closes at 11 or 12 I think. I agree that at clsoing time it should be quiet, and the desk should send someone out to tell the offenders to be quiet. We all pay are hard earned money for these rooms and deserve to have the nights quiet. But I do think alot of it depends on what time of year you go, and how bsuy the place is as well. I never noticed many people out in the pool very late.
