Pool House Close to Universal

Most of the homes I've seen are close to Disney. This trip, we'll be mostly visiting Universal & Sea World.

Are there communities closer to these parks?

No, Orange County does not allow short-term rentals. All the rentals around WDW are west of property, in Osceola and Polk counties.
