Pool hopping to Vero Beach?

Going to visit relatives near Vero while staying on points next week at BLT. Anyone know if we can stop in afterwards at Vero and use their pool and beach while we check out the resort?
Also, will our Charging Priveliges on the KTTW card carry over to Vero?

you can pool hop if VB is not at capacity.
Do not assume your KTTW card will work for charging if you're checking out of blt.
