Oh! I have been making this for so many years, it took me a bit to remember where the recipe came from. It's from Taste of Home Buffalo Chicken Lasagna We don't like celery in my household so I just double the carrots but other than that I make it as described. We love it! I use Franks Buffalo chicken sauce.Could you post the recipe for Buffalo chicken lasagna? That would be right up my DS’s alley!
I was assigned entree & dessert plates, bowls, napkins, cutlery & 2 boxes of crackers for our meal tomorrow night. I don't know what the plan was for these things, if I had actually been organized enough to have a dish or 2 planned to bring.Sounds like a productive and enjoyable day! I use extra sauce & cheese on top…and I always taste the meat sauce prior to building, to ensure I have the flavor profile I want ie, enough garlic, salt, Italian seasoning. Enjoy & Merry Christmas! You guys must have sent a boat load of pixie dust my way. DH, DS & I divided & conquered to get all the gifts bought for tomorrow night. Now I just need to wrap them, but I can handle that.
Dinner tonight is takeout Japanese Habachi. We ordered spring rolls & shrimp & scallop entrees.

We decided that we wanted to spend Christmas day playing games & sitting by the firepit instead of cooking, so we're going to steal the baked ziti idea. I've never made it, so it will be something different for us. Thanks @evilmommie for the recipe.
That's my kind of cooking. I can never duplicate a dish. DH always says, "If you think it's perfect, you'd better enjoy it. It won't be the same next time."Sounds like a productive and enjoyable day!
