Pool Hopping At Grand Floridian and DVC

I know the new GF DVC building will not have it's own pool. Will there be pool hopping restrictions put in place at the Grand Floridian pools similar to AKV, BLT, BCV?

I have to assume so, as the pool closest to the villas is not very large. I plan to stroll over to swim in September as I figure it'll be the last time until we snag a reservation there. I am wondering if they plan to fence the pool in...no indication of that in June. The new splash pad is very cute!
