Pool hop at Swan/Dolphin?

We are staying at our home resort BWV next month. We have pool hopped to the grand floridian. I know that storm along bay and AK are out for pool hopping, but can DVC members pool hop to the swan/dolphin? I know they aren't the "regular" disney resorts or something. Figured it was a nice pool area and walking distance from BWV. Anyone know if we can pool hop to the SWAN/Dophin?

Swan and Dolphin are not Disney owned hotels, so are not included in the pool hopping.

I agree about the restaurants, some of them are very good. We love Blue Zoo and Shulas.
