A friend of mine is thinking about renting a pool home.Does anyone know some names of the best rental home agencies?

Hi!
I have a great recommendation!
I stayed there last month. Its in INdian Creek. Disney is about 5 to 10 minutes away (all depends on the traffic). Its off of the Formosa Gardens Blvd turn! Its is a nice and quiet area!

The owner is very nice! He is quick to respond to any questions and etc.
It was 95 per night when I booked it in Feb. I think he raised it for the peak season which would be 99!
If you need his Email address and are interested, pls let me know and I'll make sure to PM you the info!

Two more websites to find homes are www.cyberrentals.com and www. greatrentals.com. I'm using www.greatrentals.com to rent a house (large 7 bedroom for family reunion of sorts). Some homes were also listed on vrbo.com and cyberrentals.com, but there were a few more that were even more reasonably priced.

We stayed at Windsor Palms in a townhouse. They have houses, condos and townhouses. It is also off of Formosa Blvd. We loved it! Having our own pool was great! www.windsor-palms-resort.com :) The town house was on the end and we didn't hear any noise from the other tennants.

We stayed with www.floridadisneyhomes.com The house we stayed in was the Cruella and was very, very clean. It also came with a computer and internet connection so we could check e-mail while there. The kids loved the X-box and we had a fantastic pool and spa to soak in at the end of the day. It took us less than 10 minutes to get from the house to the Animal kingdom. We were very happy with our experience

Also
why not. Was it that bad? Was the house dirty? What are the specifics?

Guess you haven't been reading Beautybelle's thread "I'm gonna be sick" about this rental. Check it out.

Two years ago we rented through www.loyaltyusa.com. They were great to work with and the house was clean and very easy to get to from Disney. The house we stayed in was King Tritons Castle. If staying offsite I would definately use them again.

Another vote for VRBO.com. Just rented a 5 bedroom last week with heated pool, spa and game room for $150/nt. The house was located in Lake Berkley Resort and it was great to deal directly with th owners. We will definitely go this route again next trip.
