Pool Closure/rehab hotel new york

Just noticed for my upcomming trip that Hotel New your pool is shut. They told me on the phone when booking months ago it would be open. Still
things change, so judt want to plan ahead.

What is the protocol during a pool closure/rehab ?

Are You allowed to take your hotel easy card and use another pool?
I know you cannot it normal circustances .

Is it jsut the inside pool that shuts?
Can you use the outdoor one too or do the close both?

We are staying hotel New York 3rd-8th June and pool is shut from the 4th June

I don't know if you're able to use another pool, but I don't think so. I've seen the refurb time advertised for quite some time now, and it is in the current brochure - how long ago did you book?

I'm afraid it will be both pools shut as they run into each other
