Pool at ALL Star Music

Are the pools are ALL Star Music more fun than the Pop? Does anyone have any pics?? How about the walking at the hotel, is it smaller than the Pop? I was told this one was refurbished more recently.

I'd love to know this too. Also, I know that Pop has the Goofy popjets, but is there anything like this at Music? Thanks for any replies.

We just stayed at the ASMu a week ago and the pools were fine. I have never stayed at POP so I can't compare. In the pool area at Music they do have a schedule every day of free activities like trivia games, bingo etc. They also set up a movie screen each night and play a movie by the pool area. We really didn't do any of the activites but many did.

In my opinion Pop has the best value resort pool area. The Hippy Dippy Pool is really nice and big and never even seemed crowded during Spring Break when we were there. Also the kiddie pool there is awesome and has fountains in it. The other themed pools at pop were also nice but the main pool was the best. Keep in mind we have always stayed deluxe every trip unitl this one and are used to the Poly and WL pools but found Pop's to be great too minus the slide.

I love watching the little ones have fun with the 3 Cabrellos.
Sometimes a child is chosen to wake the 3 Cabrellos in the mornings.

The parks were not bad. More crowded than we expected but nothing horrible. We waited in line to meet characters longer then we waited for rides!

Waking up the trio - I don't know what it's really called or if it has a name - anyway dh took dd out to swim while I packed. Around 9:30 or 10:00 the lifeguard came over and asked dd if she wanted to help "wake up the trio" (they have names I just don't know them.) the 3 squirting guys at the main pool:

He told her they had been out all night with Mickey but it was time for them to wake up and start squirting. So he gave her maracas and a tambourine and they started playing music and voila the trio started spraying water for the day. She got a sombrero (sp?) hat, a little pair of maracas and a certificate. She was so excited about it. It was neat.

The pools at The All Stars are very kid friendly.

When staying at the All Stars you can use any of the All Star pools.That means 3 main pools ,3 quiet pools and 3 kiddie pools to chose from.

The All Star Movie Fantasia pool has Mickey.

The Calypso pool at ASMU has Donald Duck.

And the Surfs up pool at All Star Sports has giant surf boards.

Does anyone know if ASMu has any popjets? I am thinking of the fountains that squirt from the ground like the Goofy area at Pop or the Herbie area at ASMo. Thanks!
